The operations that can be performed from the File menu are described below.
| Option | Description |

| Open | The log report saved as .xml file can be opened. |
| Save | The log report can be saved in .xml format. |
| Save As | The log report can be saved in .xml format. |
| Save as Image | Log reports can be saved as image files by selecting one of the "Active Page" & "All Pages" options. |
| Page Structure | Paper size, orientation and margins can be adjusted. |
| Print Preview | Preview can be viewed before printing. |
| Log reports can be printed. | |
| Exit | It closes the log report page. |
