Using the User in To Information As Parametric in Report

To specify a user defined in the Action in the To information and to use this user as parametric in the content report can be done as follows.

"To" information being parametric can be achieved by running this Action from within a task. If the Action is not run by a user who uses the application from the interface; the service may be provided when the system is operated by the user. Example: If e-mail Action is defined in a netigma task in "Run Query Template" type). In this case; the task will run as a system user, and if there is a user in the To information, the {USER} variables used in the report will be available to that user in whom the information is located.

In the To information the user can be specified in the following way:

  • If "To" parametric type (the email column of the user table in the base database) field is selected.
  • If a field (column) of parametric type is selected in the "To" information and the lookup of the primary key column of the code field is the user table in this column base database.
    Example: Project.CreateUser is the lookup of user.code column. And if you choose Project.CreateUser as parametric in the e-mail Action;
  • If a user is selected in "To" information;
  • If a user group is selected in "To" information;
    In the above cases, the email is sent to the email address of the user of the information and the {USER} expressions that the email contents are to be created are also valued by this user.
