KEOS.DAS are Netigma applications enabling management of and fast and efficient access to the documents, paper map sheets, (architectural, static, etc.) projects, photos, videos, documents and electronic files associated with the spatial data in the physical archive of the Institutions.
Institution staff access to the work-related documents quickly with DAS and continue operations without waiting for the file to arrive from the archive.
Correspondences with citizens and other stakeholders are created in association with geographic data in Netigma environment, paperwork-business processes are carried out and monitored.
Documents and information exchange regarding operations are carried out over the internet.
- Object files in many formats such as jpeg, png, avi, bitmap, etc., images, videos can be added from the Attachments tab.
- Attachments can be directly viewed as Slides.
- Attachments can be previewed on the Grid.
- Attachments allow Batch File upload.
- Attachments can be deleted and edited within the permissions.
