True-False Macro Action

Description

A True/False macro action is used when two types of responses are possible to be received for the states of macros that are assigned to data field. It allows you to select single action e.g., if macro result is True, do 'this', otherwise do 'that'.

For example: This type of action can be used to activate sending mails to a defined user, depending on its status, Active/Passive.

The definition is made as "If the user is active (macro result = True), an e-mail is sent and if the user is not active (macro result = False), carry out another action from the list"

Action Features

Macro: It is the field that the macro is written. Column information in the macro must be expressed as [TABLENAME.COLUMNNAME], regardless of the database management system

True action: Select an action from the list for the case macro result is "True",

False action: Select an action from the list for the case macro result is "False",
