Create Surface

Create Surface is used in creating a triangle model (surface) from point objects consisting of elevation information in a 3D environment.

Surface, which is created after Create Layer operation, shall be added to Catalog under Surfaces

Option	Description
Layer from which Points are Read	3D Window Name: 3D window, on which the point objects to be taken into consideration while creating a surface, is chosen.
Layer from which Points are Read	3D Layer Name: 3D window, on which the point objects to be taken into consideration while creating a surface, is chosen.
Layer on which Surface will be Created	Layer: The name of the layer, on which the created surface will be saved is determined or chosen.
Layer on which Surface will be Created	Layer Name Style: Layer name creation style, on which the created surface will be saved is determined. Normal: Creates the layer, which has the name written in layer line. Add Date to the End:Adds date and time information at the end of the created layer name. Ex: Surface (28.03.2016 10:42:30) Non-Repetitive: If there is another layer named the same; (1), (2) etc. are added at the end.
