Fix Bottom Surface

Fix Bottom Surface operation allows a new surface to be created considering the minimum z points on especially two intersecting surfaces. 

After the operation is started, firstly surface to be fixed and after, surface to be considered is chosen. 

There has to be at least two surfaces in order for fixing operations to be applied.

Layer: The name of the layer, on which the surface to be created after the operation will be saved, is determined. 

Only Operate In Intersecting Parts:It should only be used in active mode if the operation is intended to be calculated between intersections on XY plane direction on surfaces.
