It is the feature that is used to add to the project surfaces as a single surface, with the whole of the quarry surfaces being created last.

After this process, the Top Surface, the Quarry Surface and the Bottom Surface, which are found in separate layers within the open quarry, are combined into a single surface and the resulting surface is added under the Surfaces of the Data Catalog with the name of the quarry.
