Limit Blocks (Sub-Top Surface)

Limit Blocks (Sub-Top Surface) operation is used to filter the blocks according to lower/top surface border of a layer.

Limit Blocks (Surface)

Limiting Method: It determines which points of a block to consider in limiting the blocks. 

Make Limiting Surface the Top Border: If this is active; blocks that stay under the selected surface after the operation will be used and blocks that are above the surface will be filtered. If this is passive; filter accepts surface as lower border.

Output LayerLayer: It is the name of the layer, upon which the block model will be saved. Created layer can be seen under Blocks tab under Catalog.
